The sugal platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is a condition of sugal's operating license. Individuals under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering for or using a sugal account, placing bets, or accessing any gambling features of the platform in any capacity.
The sugal platform is operated under a Philippine license and is directed primarily at residents of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that accessing and using the sugal platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform complies with applicable local laws. sugal does not guarantee platform availability or compliance in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
The following individuals are prohibited from registering for or using a sugal account:
Each individual may register and maintain only one sugal account. Registration requires provision of accurate, complete, and current information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any wallet balance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sugal account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. sugal will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
sugal may require Members to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including at the point of registration, when processing a withdrawal request, or when compliance review flags an account for examination. KYC verification requires submission of a government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, proof of address and source of funds documentation. sugal reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including the processing of withdrawal requests, until KYC verification is completed to sugal's satisfaction.
An account that has recorded no activity — defined as login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering — for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as Inactive. sugal reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee on Inactive Accounts after this period, deducted from the remaining wallet balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Member. Members will be notified via their registered email address prior to any administrative fee being applied.
Members are required to notify sugal immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to their account, suspected compromise of login credentials, or any suspicious activity on their account. sugal may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation upon receipt of such a report. sugal strongly recommends that all Members enable two-factor authentication on their accounts, which is available at no cost through Account Settings.
Deposits to a sugal wallet may be made using the payment methods available on the platform at the time of deposit, which include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to method-specific minimum and maximum deposit limits. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). sugal does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — the account holder's name on the payment method must match the name on the registered sugal account.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the sugal account. sugal reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount as displayed in the sugal platform at the time of request. sugal will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the platform's withdrawal information section, but does not guarantee processing times in all circumstances.
sugal is required by law to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules. sugal may request documentation regarding the source of funds deposited into a sugal wallet and may delay or refuse to process withdrawals where anti-money laundering review is pending. Using the sugal platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
sugal may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall govern in relation to that promotion only.
Bonuses are granted for personal, recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other accounts, or use of automated software, constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 8 and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, as well as potential account suspension.
sugal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time with or without notice. Bonuses that have not been claimed within the stated validity period will expire without value. sugal does not offer cash alternatives to bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
All games available on the sugal platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. By placing a bet in any sugal game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In all cases, the game result displayed on the sugal platform following the conclusion of each round is final and binding.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error occurring during a game round that prevents normal resolution of the round, sugal's system logs will be used to determine the appropriate outcome. sugal reserves the right to void bets in the event that a technical failure demonstrably prevented a fair game outcome. sugal's decision in such matters is final, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in Section 14.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sugal platform for their personal, non-commercial recreational use only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the sugal platform; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from any sugal software; or use any sugal intellectual property in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.
sugal collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by sugal's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at sugal.co/privacy-policy.
By registering for a sugal account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification data, financial transaction records, and gameplay activity logs, for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
sugal will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, PAGCOR as required by regulation, and Philippine law enforcement authorities where required by a lawful order.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sugal's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the use of the platform, or any game outcome shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their sugal wallet in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sugal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if sugal has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
sugal does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond sugal's reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms. sugal will make reasonable efforts to restore platform availability as soon as practicable following any unplanned interruption.
sugal reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete required verification; closure of the platform or a specific service; or for any other reason that sugal, in its reasonable discretion, determines warrants account closure.
Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a Member's breach of these Terms, any verified remaining wallet balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the resolution of any outstanding wagering activity. Where an account is terminated due to a Member's breach of these Terms, sugal reserves the right to forfeit the wallet balance as a remedy for the breach, to the extent permitted by Philippine law.
Members may voluntarily close their sugal account at any time by contacting sugal support via live chat. Upon account closure at a Member's request, any verified remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method. Account closure does not relieve a Member of any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the closure date.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute between sugal and a Member arising from the use of the platform, a game outcome, a payment transaction, or the application of these Terms shall in the first instance be submitted to sugal's complaints resolution process by contacting sugal customer support via live chat. sugal will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt of a complete complaint submission.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through sugal's internal complaints process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. PAGCOR maintains a complaints mechanism for disputes between licensed operators and players that is available to all registered Members.
The parties agree that any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
sugal reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the sugal platform with the updated effective date noted at the top of the document. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Member rights or obligations — sugal will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Members via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the sugal platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance prior to the amendment's effective date.
